David Font Design's concept included a multi-level tree house with an integrated splash pad and fire pit area -- all cohesively positioned in the front of the home. In the rear yard, directly overlooking Biscayne Bay, an existing pool was enhanced with the addition of a sunken hangout nook, cabana, and unique outdoor living room.
